Dover Park Hospice

At Dover Park Hospice, we treasure life even in one’s last days. With compassion, we alleviate suffering and maximise quality of life for the terminally-ill and their loved ones through a holistic approach.

Founded in 1992, Dover Park Hospice is Singapore’s first purpose-built hospice, caring for those nearing the end of life’s journey.

As a non-profit organisation, we open our doors to people of every age, race, religion, and income level. Our team of healthcare professionals and volunteers is wholly committed to their calling to enhance the living, comfort the dying, and support the grieving with compassion and dignity.

HCA Hospice Care

HCA Hospice Care (HCA) is Singapore's largest home hospice care provider and is a registered charity since 1989. The organisation provides comfort and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses regardless of age, religion, ethnicity, nationality and financial status. HCA's core service, home hospice care, is provided at no charge to about 3,700 patients annually. Besides medical care for patients, this service also entails psychological support for patients and caregivers. A 24/7 hotline ensures help is available round the clock.

Metta Welfare Association

Metta Welfare Association is a non-profit organization that aims to provide welfare services for the community, regardless of race or religion. Registered as a society in 1994, Metta is presently endorsed by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), Ministry of Health (MOH) and Ministry of Education (MOE). We are also members of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), Singapore Hospice Council and Singapore Disability Sports Council.

Montfort Care

Montfort Care is a network of programmes committed to improving the lives of individuals, families and the community facing transitional challenges. Our team of social service professionals provide community-based social services to empower lives and strengthen communities. Services offered by Montfort Care include three Family Service Centres, child protection service by its Big Love Child Protection Specialist Centre, cyber wellness programme for youth by its MeToYou Cyber Care programme as well as GoodLife! and YAH! programmes to support active and frail seniors to age-in-place.

Singapore Anglican Community Services

Singapore Anglican Community Services (SACS) is the community service arm of the Diocese of Singapore.  It is a major psychiatric rehabilitation service provider in Singapore.  It also offers care services for families-in-crisis and seniors to age-in-place.  SACS's goal is to minister to those who are under-served and disadvantaged - to help them restore dignity, health and well-being, so that they have the opportunity to live life to its fullest potential.

St Luke's Hospital

St Luke's Hospital is a 243-bedded community hospital of excellence committed to providing compassionate and quality care, especially to the elderly sick in Singapore with a multi-disciplinary approach including medical, nursing and rehabilitative care.
