Alzheimer's Disease Association

ADA was formed in 1990 because of a growing concern for the needs of persons living with dementia and their caregivers. Striving towards a dementia inclusive society through four strategic service pillars; Centre-Based Care, Caregiver Support, Academy and Community Enabling, ADA aims to advocate and inspire the society to regard and respect persons living with dementia as individuals who can still lead purposeful and meaningful lives. Caregiving Welfare Association

The Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA) was established with the mission to improve the quality of life of elderly through dependable direct services, and to inculcate a generation of responsible and knowledgeable caregivers in an ageing population. Its services broadly fall under these three areas - Elderly Wellness & Social Support, Welfare Support and Education & Awareness. 

CWA is a non-profit Voluntary Welfare Organisation registered with the Registry of Societies, an Institute of Public Character by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), and a member of the National Council of Social Service.

Lions Befrienders

Lions Befrienders Service Association (Singapore) was founded in 1995 by the Lions Clubs of Singapore and a Lions District Project. We provide friendship and care for seniors to age in place with community participation, enabling them to enjoy meaningful and enriching lives.  - Befriending  An island wide service, we match seniors at risk of social isolation to befrienders (volunteers) who provide friendship through weekly home visits.  - Community Outreach  Senior Activity Centres: We provide an array of activities that help seniors in identified rental blocks to stay physically and mentally alert, and keep them plugged into a social network.  -Cluster Support  We closely monitor the well-being of frail seniors through individual case management and home visits of up to 3 times a week.  

Muhammadiyah Health and Day Care Centre

Muhammadiyah Health and Day Care Centre has been providing Day Rehab and Day Care services for 22 years. We also provide provide health assessment for our elderly clients and administer medications and treatments such as simple wound dressings.

Sathya Sai Social Service

The Sathya Sai Social Service (4S) was founded in 1996 by a group of professionals who were Sai devotees with a vision to serve all people, regardless of race or religion, with a heart.

Thye Hua Kwan Nursing Home Limited

Thye Hua Kwan Nursing Home Limited (THKNH) is an IPC registered, non-profit voluntary welfare organisation, incorporated since 2013. We provide eldercare services in the Intermediate & Long Term Care Sector. We help anyone who needs help regardless of race, creed, language, culture and religion. At THK Nursing Home @ Hougang, the elderly who require residential nursing care live in a purpose built facility, with common spaces such as day rooms and activity areas to encourage social activity and cognitive engagement amongst the residents and visiting family members or volunteers.
